Sagara has a way about him that makes you feel immediately at ease. He creates an atmosphere of safe acceptance where people with the most complex of needs feel free to explore their emotions and gain control over how they respond to distress. I believe that it mindfulness is probably the most helpful self management tool I've encountered.
I have found Sagara to be one of the most insightful teachers I have encountered. He is humorous, intelligent and has a knowledge and experience of mindfulness that I have found quite rare. It is obvious that Sagara teaches from his own experience gleaned from his many years of deep practice. I find he is able to make mindfulness relevant to people's lives.
