  → Online One-to-One Training via Skype

We offer the delivery of one-to-one mindfulness training via Skype. This allows anyone, anywhere, access to mindfulness training. This training can be the delivery of one of our courses, or a more bespoke training tailored to the individual.

Sagara currently works in the NHS delivering 1:1 sessions in order to improve mental health. He is experienced in dealing with problems such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and so on. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements further.

  → ‘Mindfulness Bases Stress Reduction (MBSR)’ Course
We offer the delivery of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR) modeled on the MBSR program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

This course uses relatively intensive training in mindfulness meditation as the core of a program to teach people how to take better care of themselves and live healthier and more adaptive lives.

  →  ‘Mindfulness for Depression (MFD)’ Course
This course is currently being offered within the NHS and deals specifically with those presenting systems of depression.

The course focuses largely on the cultivation of the awarenesss of narratives and the ability to stay with uncomfortable feelings.

  →  ‘Loving Kindness and Ethics’ Course
This course is offered to those who have completed the MBSR Course and have three months daily practice under their belt.

It further introduces the Loving Kindness Meditation Practice, and the subject of ethical practice, as well as exploring further techniques for improving Mindfulness Practice.

  →  ‘Beyond Mindfulness’ Course

This course points to our essential nature being beyond the narrative of thought which tends to be the basis of our lives.

The course is offered to anyone who has six months of consecutive daily mindfulness practice, and who does not require medication for their mental health recovery.
